Place the required number of drops under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds. The blood vessels under the tongue will help absorb the active ingredients directly into the bloodstream. It should take between 30 minutes and an hour before you feel the effects of the oil.

TIP: The "right" amount of oil is different for everyone. Your endocannabinoid system is unique and will react differently to cannabinoids than someone else's.
