LACTOBACILLUS CASEI-PARACASEI (59.5%) Known for their ability to strengthen the intestinal barrier and reduce intestinal permeability. By strengthening the intestinal mucosa, they help prevent the leakage of harmful substances into the bloodstream, which can often cause bloating and other digestive issues.

LACTOBACILLUS PARACASEI (19.5%) Lactobacillus paracasei can improve intestinal bacterial balance and reduce symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, including bloating. By participating in the fermentation process, these bacteria help reduce gas formation.

LACTOBACILLUS DIOLIVORANS-HILLGARDII (12.3%) Lesser-known beneficial bacteria that excel at breaking down complex carbohydrates and fibers in the human intestine. Often unsung heroes, these bacteria help prevent a feeling of heaviness and generate energy.

Ingredients: drinking water, fermented sea buckthorn berries (10%), oat flakes, five-grain flakes (rye, wheat, barley, oats, buckwheat), cultures of lactic acid bacteria, Streptococcus thermophilus, and bifidobacteria.

100 ml of the drink contains 3.7 x 10^2 CFU bifidobacteria, 1.9 x 10^4 CFU lactic acid bacteria, and 1.1 x 10^4 Streptococcus thermophilus.

Usage instructions: consume GĖRIS twice a day, take a shot before a meal or mix it into a smoothie or another favorite drink - just not hot, as the good bacteria will die! Suitable for children from 4 years old. The product contains natural sugars.

Storage Conditions:

The unopened drink should be stored in the refrigerator or at a temperature not exceeding 20°C. After opening, keep the drink in the refrigerator and consume within a month.
